We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Information
Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location in the world. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges
For the fastest way to get the item you want, simply return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the product you need quickly and easily.
RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
